The property
This warm and spacious chalet of about 300m2 can comfortably accommodate 12 people. Perfectly quiet and sunny, it is located right next to the ski slopes (at the end of the road) and is close to the shops, it allows you a life "all on foot" during your holidays. It also has a covered parking for 2 cars and 2 parking spaces.
On the ground floor: A very large living room with TV (satellite and canal plus), bar (including fridge, dishwasher and sink), wood stove, a dining area that can accommodate large tables, all with large windows on the mountains.
Fully equipped kitchen: LV, oven, microwave, electric hob, fridge with freezer.
Large south-facing terrace with magnificent views of the mountains. Tables, chairs, deckchairs and parasol. Stairs leading down from the terrace into the garden.
One bedroom (bed 160) with TV, large shower, washbasin, towel heater.
1 WC with hand basin.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds and shower room, 1 with double bed, 1 with 2 single beds), 1 bathroom with bath, shower, washbasin, towel rail and WC, 1 separate WC with washbasin.
On the garden level:
Large bedroom with 1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90, with TV and washbasin area, opening onto a large terrace on the garden.
Large shower room with beautiful shower, washbasin, sauna and 2 heated towel rails.
A bedroom with a double bed and its bathroom with bath and shower
1 separate toilet.
Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Access to the ski room with boot dryer and ski storage
Wifi in the whole chalet.
No smoking and no pets allowed.
