-Large mountain cottage, in a traditional farmhouse
at 1000 meters altitude
-in a calm hamlet (very little passage)
-in the middle of the resorts of the Grand Massif (Flaine, Samoens, Morillon, Les Carroz d'Araches, Les Molliets) and just nearby Agy (cross-country skiing, paragliding).
-In winter, the hamlet road is cleared of snow.
-FREE SHUTTLE TO THE SLOPES (BUS STATION: LA CROIX VERTE) at 5mn by car, 9 times/day from 8.15 AM to 6.25 PM, to the gondola lift of Les Carroz. Come-back shuttle from the gondola lift 7 times/day untill 6.05 PM.
-Time of access to the resorts and ski slopes by car: "Les Carroz d'Arâches" (9 km, 14 minutes), Morillon (13 km, 18 minutes), Samoëns (18 km, 25 minutes), Les Molliets (14 km, 22 minutes), and FLAINE (24 km, 36mn), all connected to ski (Le Grand Massif). Access to Les Gets: 20km, 25mn. Free shuttles at Saint-Sigismond (1mn from home) to the Les Carroz gondola. 800m before the Carroz, at a place called "Lays" large free parking, crate package and free shuttle to the gondola Carroz. In the Molliets, 5 minutes after the Carroz on the road to Flaine, large free parking 700 places at the chairlift for easy access to Flaine.
-Cross-country skiing, snowshoeing and paragliding: Cross-country ski resort Agy 2 steps (2 km, 4mn).
-1st floor: 3 double bedrooms (one with a child's bed), 1 single bedroom and a "dormitory" with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, bathroom, WC
-Ground floor: kitchen-dining room overlooking the garden, lounge, large ski room, mass stove (inertia) in addition to electric heating, laundry with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board , bathroom, WC.
-calm and comfort in a family home atmosphere
-in summer & spring: walking, hiking (in Sixt-Fer-à-Cheval or elsewhere), rafting (on the river Giffre), canyoning, caving in the cave of Balme with the guides of Samoëns or Carroz, open-air swimming pools from Samoëns or Carroz, dinners in the alpine pastures, paragliding departure at 2 steps, at AGY, DOWNSHILL BIKE at Les Gets (at 20km) or Les Carroz.
Local shops: market in Cluses on Monday morning, goat cheese producer in the village, super U (open on sunday) and organic groceries in Taninges ... etc
