The property
Hello ,
I propose to rent, my studio for 4 persons very well located in Val Thorens, in a quiet residence at the entrance of the resort (Cimes de Caron)
It is on the 7th and last floor of the residence and especially full south with a beautiful balcony and an unobstructed view of the peaks and ski slopes, departure skis to feet from the ski room.
The apartment has a closed bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and plenty of storage space and wardrobe.
In the living room, you have a rapido type sofa (dec. 2018) sleeping 140 x 190 with a HR 40 mattress.
Flat screen TV, DVD player, radio K7 and CD
A kitchen area with an induction hob, a hood, a mini-oven, a dishwasher (dec. 2017), a casserole dish, white porcelain crockery, glasses with mountain decor, numerous storage spaces, toaster, electric coffee machine with an isothermal pot, an electric kettle.
The bathroom has just been redone with an Italian shower, suspended toilets without flange, a washbasin cabinet with 2 drawers and storage space.
There are brooms and a vacuum cleaner.
On the ground floor, you have a ski room (closed and heated at night), equipped for 4 pairs of ski boots, skis and poles. You go directly to the slopes.
The resort of Val Thorens is open until the 05th of May 2019, the snow cover is always optimal and the sunshine too.
