Very nice renovated house in Font Romeu in the heart of the village.... quiet and close to the slopes.
Space and warm intimacy on 3 levels with beautiful views on the valley and the mountain.
A living room with a wood burning stove, a dining room and a very well equipped kitchen.
Tv wifi high speed music.
4 bright and cosy bedrooms.

To reserve 30% requested to block the reservation and the balance at your arrival.a contract will be sent to you by mail.Following the particular situation due to the Virus COVID...all legal situations (re confinement...distance of circulation to be respected etc...) will impose a total refunding of the sum paid for all reservations.
No reservation can be reimbursed but postponement is possible (outside the COVID framework.)

Cleaning is compulsory.
Entry deposit (1000€ not cashed) returned after inventory of fixtures at departure.
Electric lift ...entrance /exit in WINTER only!
Enclosed garden with electric gate.... parking spaces in the garden.
For the summer season barbecue parasols outdoor tables deckchairs etc. ..... everything is at your disposal.
The SKIBUS shuttle passes 100m from the house.
5 minutes by car from the free parking at the bottom of the cable car.
Possibility also of private reservations with an instructor.

Outdoor activities: hiking, climbing, Via Ferrata (mountain guide at your disposal on reservation)
Canyoning, horse riding, mountain biking, golf, tennis.
