For rent, with a beautiful view on the surrounding mountains, atypical duplex apartment (140 m²) in a mountain chalet, entirely renovated in old wood.
The chalet is located on the Ys road, which goes up to the Pleney cable car (Morzine), it is very close to the Gets golf course (accessible on foot) and in a hamlet of 4 chalets, in the middle of nature. The mountain bike tracks are next door, as well as many hiking trails.
The chalet has a terrace equipped with a large table, armchairs, relax, parasol and barbecue.
The 3 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom and toilet are on the ground floor. All 3 have a cupboard and a double bed (160/200).
The first floor is a vast open space with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator), separated by a bar from the dining area (large table for 10 guests), at the end is the living room with a large fireplace and 3 sofas, one of which is convertible (140/200).
Satellite TV (TNT SAT), 50'' flat screen with a Home Theater Personal Computer (HTPC) and a very large multimedia library (movies, series, cartoons and music) at disposal.
Internet by satellite with Wi-Fi (15 GB available, rechargeable: 20€ for 15 GB)
A folding bed for one person is also available.
The chalet is accessible from the road and vehicles can be parked in front of it.
Given its environment it is very popular with nature and mountain lovers, sportsmen and women, as well as golfers. The two villages of Les Gets and Morzine are not far away.
