The property
4 room apartment of 48 M2 - 6/8 persons on the 1st floor of a small chalet of 5 apartments, at the edge of the forest in the upper part of the resort of Valfréjus (Chalet area), very quiet, very sunny, warmly furnished and decorated with solid spruce furniture.
Its living room, kitchen and dining area typically Savoyard offers a perfect setting in a mountain atmosphere to relax after a day spent skiing or discovering the region.
Sit on the three-seater bench to read a good book or take advantage of the equipment at your disposal: television including a DVD player.
You can prepare delicious recipes in the well-equipped kitchen with all the crockery and equipment (raclette machine, fondue machine...), then enjoy them around the dining table for 10 guests or outside on your balcony while enjoying the view of the mountain. For this purpose, two small tables and 5 folding stools are at your disposal in the apartment.
The apartment is divided as follows:
1°) A large living room of 22 M2 including :
- a living room area with a 3-seater bench with bridge furniture and lots of storage space, coffee table, corner furniture with a 66 cm LCD TV and DVD player, crockery
- a kitchen area including :
* a multi-function oven with catalysis and stirred heat - 8 cooking modes including bread, cake and turbo-grill - width 71 cm
* a microwave with grill and combined
* a ceramic hob - 4 burners
* a wall-mounted hood - 3 speeds
* a 300 litre refrigerator column with 30 litre freezer
* a dishwasher with a large capacity
* a complete small electrical appliance (filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, fondue machine, Nexpresso coffee maker with capsules, mixer, beater...)
- a dining area including :
* a corner bench, 4 wooden chairs and 2 stools
* a table 1,80 meter
2°) A room with a deck + column - 1 bed 140 X 190 with Bultex mattress and very comfortable duvet and two individual reading lights at the head of the bed.
3°) A room with bridge and 2 beds 70 X 190 (side by side) which can make a bed in 140 X 190 with each one a mattress Bultex great comfort and very comfortable duvet
4°) A cabin room with two bunk beds 80 X 190 - Bultex mattress and very comfortable duvet.
Each room has a door and a window for natural light.
5°) A bathroom with a bathtub and a towel dryer, a hair dryer
6°) 1 separate toilet
7°) A shower room with a shower closed by a folding glass wall - WC - washing machine / dryer
This apartment is not accessible to animals.
