The property
The apartment n°501, of 42 m², is ideally located in the building Le Schuss, at the entrance of Tignes Val Claret centre.
The car is unloaded in front of the building. Underground parking (paying in winter) less than 100m away.
Residence with reception desk, 501 is on the 5th floor with lift.
Shared TV lounge on the ground floor of the building. Separate ski and boot lockers (heated room).
Close to all shops and services, one minute's walk from the flat, cinema less than 100m away, tourist office less than 50m away, Chevallot bakery less than 100m away, etc.
Les Tufs lift to Val d'Isère at 300m. Tracks at 200m (less than 3mn on foot on flat ground...) towards the Grande Motte glacier or Val d'Isère, all directions.
Because of its location, its height in floor and its orientation south and west, the 501 is very luminous and quiet, without noise pollution of streets, bars and nightclubs, while being in the immediate vicinity of all.
The 3 windows, the large bay window and the balcony overlook the mountains.
