The property

Privileged location in the Val d'Arly, between Savoie and Haute-Savoie, on the prestigious tourist route of the Grandes Alpes. Megève is less than 10 minutes away; Geneva is 1h15 away.
Charming chalet decorated with care. La Chevrière is located in the village resort of Flumet, in a dead end street with a panoramic view of the Aravis mountain range and the village of Saint-Nicolas-La-Chapelle.
Very good comfort (classified Gîte de France 3 épis n° 73G114152) with 3 beautiful bedrooms (20 m2 with bed 160 x 200 & SDD - 16 m2 with bed 160 x 200 - 12 m2 with 2 twin beds 90 x 200), each equipped with a television.
Ski slopes of Flumet at 1,5 km : Espace Diamant, 192 km ski area.
Ideal location for winter and summer trips (skiing, hiking, cycling) to various mountain ranges (Aravis, Val d'Arly, Beaufortain, Mont-Blanc...).

The advantages :
- Terraces and balconies south and west with panoramic views
- Fireplace, with wood provided.
- Beds made before the arrival of the tenants.
- Hiking trails from the chalet.
- Possibility to walk to everything, winter and summer: free ski shuttle at 100 m, shops, restaurants and medical centre at 5 mn walking distance - For summer: leisure centre with water at 200 m with supervised beach, free tennis and children's games with skatepark.
- Christmas week 2021 and New Year's Day 2022: departure on Sunday morning (and possibility of arrival on Saturday 18/12/2021 for the Christmas week). Chalet decorated with Christmas tree.

NB : The owners can be on site in their independent holiday apartment to welcome you, give you all useful information and be at your disposal if necessary.
