"Le Flocon" is a new architect designed chalet of about 150 m2. It is located on a sunny slope of Bettex near the ski slopes of Saint Gervais - Megève (1,9 km). It is located in a quiet area and is served by a municipal road cleared of snow by the town hall. It has a panoramic view on the Mont Blanc, the Aiguille du Midi, the Dômes de Miage and the Mont Joly. Built with noble materials and contemporary decoration, it has top-of-the-range services (2 island baths, 2 Italian showers, 3 independent toilets, a magnificent central fireplace, a functional kitchen with quality equipment and appliances, coordinated furniture and professional bedding, an outdoor spa, ...). It is classified as a 4* furnished holiday home. Everyone will find their place in this warm cocoon because the spacious chalet for 8 people has a lot of warm wood with its exposed solid wood frame and its interior and exterior cladding.
The rates include the supply of sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases with beds made on arrival, cleaning at the end of the stay, routine cleaning during the stay and a personalized welcome.

On the ground floor :

Saint Gervais Mont Blanc is a resort that lives all year round and there are many activities, whether they are sporting, cultural or leisure activities. Without mentioning them all, here is an overview:
In WINTER
- Downhill skiing. Saint Gervais is part of the "Evasion Mont Blanc" domain with 107 ski lifts and 220 runs for 445 km. There is something for all tastes and styles in a sublime environment facing the Mont Blanc chain in the middle of magnificent spruce and larch forests and numerous authentic alpine chalets.
Nearby, there is the possibility of descending the "Vallée Blanche" from the summit of the Aiguille du Midi (3843 m) to Montenvers or Chamonix depending on the snow conditions. The different massifs also offer many itineraries for ski touring.
- Cross-country skiing. Saint Gervais offers, facing the Mont Blanc, some easy tracks for those who want to discover this activity.
- Snowshoeing. There are marked routes for hiking alone or in groups. You can also go off the beaten track with guides to discover the fauna where ibexes, foxes and chamois leave traces of their passage.
In SUMMER
- Hiking. From Saint Gervais or the neighbouring communes, you can go on countless outings of all levels (from walks on paths or marked trails) to snow or rock runs in breathtaking landscapes. You have the possibility to climb the Mont Blanc by the "Voie Royale" (Tramway du Mt Blanc, refuges of Tête Rousse and Goûter) located entirely on the commune of Saint Gervais with the Compagnie des Guides.
- Trail. Saint Gervais is the starting or passing point of many trail routes that attract sportsmen and nature lovers from all over the world, including the UTMB (world trail summit), but also the climb to the Nid d'Aigle, the Diagonale du Mont Joly, the Montagn'Hard and many others nearby.
- MOUNTAIN BIKING. There are many routes for traditional or electric bikes. You have the possibility to have at your disposal for the week 1 or 2 electric mountain bikes (central engine and 420 Wh battery) with helmet and repair material for a contribution of 90 € per week for 1 bike and 160 € for 2 bikes.
- Cycle touring. For those who love the difference in altitude, Saint Gervais has some great climbs, such as the remarkable ascent from Le Fayet to Le Bettex, which in recent years has been the scene of summit finishes during the Tour de France or the Critérium du Dauphiné Libéré.
- Via Ferrata du Parc Thermal. It is located in the Bonnant gorges and allows to reach the village of Saint Gervais from the thermal park. It has parts rated AD+ to TD+.
- Tennis. Many courts are accessible from the Bourg or the Bettex.
- Baroque path. It allows you to discover numerous churches, chapels and oratories. A very charming and accessible walk.
SUMMER AND WINTER
- The "Well-being" area (spa and treatments) has just been completely renovated. Its water with exceptional properties enriched in minerals and trace elements makes you benefit from its therapeutic and hedonistic virtues after a good day of skiing or hiking.
- Mont Blanc tramway. It is the highest railway line in France. In winter it takes pedestrians and skiers to the Bellevue plateau (1800 m) and the Prarion ski area. In summer, it allows access to the Nid d'Aigle (2372 m) and to easily reach the Bonnassay glacier. From the arrival station, experienced mountaineers can access the Tête Rousse and Goûter refuges for the ascent of Mont Blanc.
Saint Gervais also has a swimming pool, an ice rink and a casino.
Finally, the village of Megève is only 15 km away and Chamonix is about 30 km away with the Aiguille du Midi cable car and the Montenvers train which allows access to the Mer de Glace.
