Ski in/ski out access to the Rosières lift of the Bisanne 1500 resort, directly linked to the Saisies ski area and the Espace Diamant.
Access to the residence's swimming pool, covered, heated, private, located 300m away in another building of the same complex.
In summer, direct access to hiking trails, mountain pastures and forest.
In winter season, free shuttle bus to Les Saisies, stop in front of the building.
