It is located in Villeneuve-la-Salle on the riverbank, close to the downhill ski slopes, cross-country skiing trails, snowshoeing trails, and sledding hills (Everything is a 2-minute walk away)
and a 5-minute walk from the Pré Long shopping center, where you’ll find all the shops you need (grocery store, bakery, ski rental, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, and a movie theater).
Across the river, the ice rink and the new indoor pool await you for your après-ski activities.
The historic village of La Salle and its many restaurants are a 5-minute walk away.
The chalet is full of charm, featuring antique furniture and traditional regional decor, exposed beams, seagrass flooring, and hardwood floors.

- the living room with a fireplace opening onto the terrace
- the dining room and the open-concept kitchen, completely renovated in August 2020 (pyrolytic oven and induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee machine)
First Floor:
1 very large bedroom facing the river with a 160-cm double bed.
1 bedroom with 2 90-cm beds + 2 additional beds, including 1 loft bed and 1 under the window// Option to push the two 90-cm beds together to form a large 180-cm bed
1 bathroom with toilet, fully renovated in 2025.
It is equipped with a dishwasher, a washing machine, a television, a DVD player, a VCR, a stereo system, and board games.
There is an ample supply of tableware that complements the interior decor.
