The property
THE CHALET
On the ground floor
The living room consists of a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a dining area for up to 10 people and a cosy TV room with a wood burning stove. The first double bedroom is also on the ground floor and has an en-suite shower room. This level is completed by a private sauna, a small laundry room and a toilet.
On the first floor
You will find a large independent double bedroom with dressing room and adjoining bathroom (double washbasin and bathtub), a large double bedroom with a shower room (Italian shower and WC) and adjoining the latter, a small bedroom with two single beds. (one of which is a pull-out bed, with the possibility of an extra bed).
Baby equipment on request (cot, high chair and bath)
Capacity 9 persons - ideal for 6 adults and 3 children
THE OUTSIDE
From the living room, you have access to the garden and the terrace facing west with a clear view of the mountains.
Espiaube has a covered parking space and additional parking spaces in the air.
