The property
On the heights of Saint-Gervais, the chalet "Cimazur" is ideally located 5 minutes from the ski lifts of Saint-Nicolas-de-Véroce and 10 minutes from those of Le Bettex, both serving the Evasion Mont-Blanc ski area (400 km of runs). A free shuttle bus passes near the chalet and serves the ski lifts.
The chalet is also located at the crossroads of several famous resorts such as Les Contamines-Montjoie, Combloux and Megève (15 mn) and Chamonix (30 mn).
The village of Saint-Gervais is ideally situated in the heart of the Mont-Blanc massif and offers numerous shops and activities: thermal baths, Mont-Blanc tramway, swimming pool, ice rink, etc.
The Savoyard-style property offers comfortable accommodation for 9 people, spread over 3 levels:
- On the ground floor: an entrance, a bedroom with 2 beds, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet area.
- On the first level : an entrance hall with WC, a shower room with shower, a fully equipped kitchen-bar, a spacious living-dining room opening by a bay window on a large terrace with a panorama on the Mont-Blanc.
- On the second level : 1 bedroom with 2 beds and 1 bedroom with 3 beds.
The chalet also has private parking for 4 cars and a large area (about 2000 m²) where children can safely enjoy the snow and sledging.
