The property

Residence ALPAGES DU CHANTEL 1, located on the heights of the resort at 1850m altitude. From the Balcony, view of the Mont-Blanc. Classified 4 Cristaux Paradiski.
Access to shops by free and pedestrian lift at 100m (Le Dahu).
Duplex 56m² 3 bedrooms for 6 people. 2nd and last floor.
Bedroom 1 on the ground floor with a 160cm bed, Bedroom 2 on the first floor with 2 single beds (can be twinned in 160cm), Bedroom 3 (mezzanine) with 2 single beds (can be twinned in 160cm).
Kitchen and bathroom renovated in Nov 2020. Oven, induction hob, LV, Wifi internet, flat screen TV, bluetooth speaker. Cleaning products on site.
Sheets provided, 1 towel. Cleaning included.
The tenant agrees to clean the fridge and the kitchen area. In case of non realization 150€ will be retained on the guarantee of 500€ paid before access to housing. The keys are available on site in a secure box, to be returned before departure to the same place.
Activities on the spot : Indoor heated swimming pool with free access and Sauna and Hammam (free). "Deep nature Spa" by Algotherm (paying treatments). Subject to COVID conditions.

Grocery store, restaurant and sports shop on site.
Animals are not accepted. Outdoor parking, at the entrance of the Residence (free).
