The property
Contemporary detached chalet located in the traditional hamlet of Lavassay, close to Les Ménuires, with panoramic views over the entire Belleville valley.
The chalet of 130 m² living space is built on a 800 m² plot of land with trees, separated by a small stream, with a large terrace facing south and a balcony on the sunset side.
The chalet has 3 levels:
- Ground floor:
. Entrance hall: cupboard/closet, ironing board and iron.
. Ski room equipped with a bench, a wall mirror, ski rack and shoe rack, 4 deck chairs, 1 parasol, barbecue, 2 mobile clothes racks, 3 snow shovels, 2 fire extinguishers.

In winter, departure and return on skis at 150 m from the top of the village. A connecting track allows you to join the blue track of Bettaix at 200 m.
Rental from Sunday to Sunday (in winter) to avoid the Saturday traffic jams.
Discount: - 10% for 2 weeks or more.
Specific cancellation conditions COVID 19:
-If a state of confinement is declared by the government due to COVID 19 before your departure concerning your rental reservation period, the entire rental amount will be refunded (deposit + balance).
-If a state of containment is declared during your stay leading to your early departure, the refund will be made in proportion to the occupation of the rental.
