The property
The resort/village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe is family friendly, it is one of those "intimate" resorts that brings you closer to the local quality of life of the mid-mountains while offering you the possibility, through its location within the Espace Diamant, to flirt with the heights, the snowy peaks facing Mont Blanc.
"La Cabouste" is an old timber-framed chalet renovated with ecological materials, combining tradition and the current spirit of the vast living spaces, a refined decoration and the undeniable charm of wood. Quality services and equipment.
Its location is ideal in the heart of the resort-village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe, in a quiet area (secondary road) facing south with a clear view of the mountains, the church and the ice rink (petanque court in summer). The chalet is surrounded by a secure enclosed garden, flanked by a terrace on the kitchen side.
Two cars can park privately in front of the chalet.
The following are within walking distance of the chalet: the start of the slopes in the village centre, the ski school, a nursery and all the shops: pharmacy, equipment hire, restaurants, bars, newspapers, bakery, grocery store, butcher/breeder, tourist office....
This is the family chalet that we occupy most of the year. Because we offer it to our guests at certain times of the year, we work hard to ensure that it remains perfectly maintained and always well equipped.
In short, it is composed as follows
A living room (living room-kitchen-lounge) of 40m²,
Two double bedrooms (bedding 180, toilet and private bathroom for one) opening onto a balcony. Two other bedrooms (bedding 90) equipped with wardrobes, tables and armchairs. A family bathroom has a bathtub and an Italian shower. 2 independent toilets and an equipped laundry room. The bedding is in perfect condition and regularly renewed.
For your comfort: ski-room with electric shoe dryer, high speed Wifi Internet, latest generation connected TV, baby equipment, ping-pong table in summer, board games, well-stocked bookcases, 4X4 pushchair for children, sledges and snow shovels available.
The price includes a personal welcome, household linen, cleaning at the end of your stay, wood for the stove, snow removal, tourist taxes.
