A second living room with a bench that can be transformed into a bed and an adjoining shower completes the living space. The toilets and a large entrance hall are also present.
On the first floor you have 3 bedrooms facing south (2 bedrooms with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds). A large bathroom with double washbasin, bathtub and Italian shower is the main shower room. A second shower is available on the first floor as well as a separate toilet.
Finally, a large dedicated car park allows you to park and manoeuvre without hindrance.
