The property
4 chalet, 110 m², located 800 m from the Villard-de-Lans slopes, with a terrace and an optional red cedar hot tub (€175 to €400 depending on dates). 4 bedrooms, wood-burning stove, bed linens, towels, and firewood provided; sleeps 11. Available for full-week rentals during Christmas, New Year’s, the four weeks of February, and in July–August. Outside of these periods, please see the neighboring chalet, No. 12503.
This fully equipped chalet is perfect for gatherings with family and friends. If you’d like a shorter stay during these periods, the full-week rate applies.
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (large oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, induction cooktop, complete and matching set of dishes), opening onto a dining room with a large table, bench, and 6 chairs in a contemporary style. The living room features a sofa, a coffee table, and armchairs, along with a wood-burning stove (wood provided). A first bedroom with a 160x200 bed is located on this level, with a nearby bathroom (large shower, sink, and toilet). Access to the ground floor is easy and convenient, with no steps or changes in level.
The upper floor features:
- a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and access to the outdoor balcony
- a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed
- a bedroom with 3 single beds
- a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet
- a TV area on the mezzanine with a very comfortable sofa bed (140 x 190)
Bedding (duvet cover, fitted sheet, pillowcases), bath towels, bath mats, and kitchen towels are provided.
Outside, you’ll find a patio with a table and benches for dining, lounge chairs, and a Red Cedar Storvatt hot tub (optional extra, not included in the rental price: €175 to €400 depending on dates). Weber charcoal grill only (charcoal not provided), available only in the summer.
This cabin is available for rent only on a full-week basis, from Saturday to Saturday, during the Christmas holidays, New Year’s Day, the four weeks of winter break, and in July–August. Outside of these periods, it cannot be booked.
