Top floor cosy 6 people of 45m2 redone with bay window and large balcony, lift, easy access. Exceptional view on the ski slopes and the Vanoise park, south facing (very sunny)
SITUATION:
Free underground parking at 30 m, slopes, shops, restaurants, ski school, children's playground at 100m walking distance. Swimming pool (natural pool and slide) at 500m walking distance.
LIVING ROOMS ON THE FIRST FLOOR:
Large living room with kitchen, 1 corner sofa, large balcony and bay window.
EQUIPMENT:
2 lcd tv (the one in the living room with usb connection and dvd player)
Kitchen area with 2 burners, refrigerator, microwave, new oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, senseo coffee maker, kettle, raclette machine.
Large balcony with 2 armchairs and a round table with 2 chairs.
1 sledge and 4 plate sledges
Various board games for adults and children
Charging station for several mobile phones and or tablets at the same time.
Dyson table vacuum cleaner.
Numerous storage spaces:
Downstairs: cupboards under the stairs for skis and shoes, cupboard in bedroom.
Upstairs: several cupboards next to the kitchen.

Downstairs, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm/190cm), a large closet with wardrobe and a balcony.
A separate mountain corner (blackout curtain) with bunk beds (window).
Possibility to put an umbrella bed next to the bunk beds.
Above the living room, a 6m2 mezzanine with a double bed (140cm/190cm) (for adults because of the steep stairs).
Pillows and duvets on all beds.
BATHROOM:
A bathroom with bath shower with glass wall, washbasin, hairdryer and towel radiator.
RESORT ACTIVITIES:
In winter: 65kms of pistes for all levels.
Access to Val Thorens via Orelle cable car (+- 16km from the resort)
Ski schools for children, free night skiing, torchlight descent for children.
In summer: swimming pool with slide, trampoline, mountain bike course, horse riding, climbing, various activities, hiking and via ferrata in the Vanoise park.
