For rent, summer and winter, very nice apartment T3 of 46m² + 10m² of balconies (6 persons) on the first floor with lift of a 3*** tourist residence with Savoyard architecture, very quiet and recent (year 2001). The residence is located in the heart of the resort, just 100 meters from the slopes and 50m from the shops and the leisure centre. The apartment, particularly well arranged, includes:
-2 bedrooms with cupboards( 1 ch with 1 double bed + 1ch with 2 single beds).
-1 living room with 1 sofa bed (2 beds), 1 television, 1 radio/CD player, a fully equipped kitchen area (fridge-freezer, electric hobs, dishwasher, oven, microwave, pressure cooker, coffee machine, toaster, raclette machine, fondue machine, etc.).
-2 separate bathrooms (one shower+sink and one bathtub+sink), 1 hair dryer.
-A separate toilet and two balconies for optimal comfort.
The residence is equipped with a ski locker and free underground parking.
