The property
The apartment is located at an altitude of 1750 m on the Roche Béranger slopeside ski area. Skis are put on directly at the foot of the staircase. Ski school at the foot of the residence.
The apartment is very bright, with 2 large double-glazed, soundproof windows opening onto the slopes and mountains. These windows are equipped with electric shutters.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a residence with a full shopping mall. Slippers are all it takes to reach a wide range of shops: pharmacies, restaurants, bakeries, caterers, equipment rental and sales outlets, etc.
The apartment was renovated and refurnished in 2016 and 2023. It is very well equipped: dishwasher, microwave, hob, flat-screen TV, Nespresso coffee machine, all kitchen utensils, mountain furniture and decor.
