The property
Ground-floor duplex (58 m²) located approximately 150 m from the nearest ski lift (La Repose chairlift), local shops, and the "Norma Loops" all-season toboggan run.
Ground floor:
- Kitchen equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, drip coffee maker, kettle, and a large fridge-freezer.
- Shower room with shower and sink.
- Separate toilet.
- Dining area with a table seating 8.
- Living area with a sofa (converts to a 140 cm bed), TV, and DVD player; this area can be closed off with sliding doors.
The kitchen, living room, and dining area form a spacious, pleasant open-plan living space of over 20 m².
Upper floor:
- Bedroom with a double bed (140 cm).
- Toilet with sink.
- Large mezzanine (14 m²) with a convertible sofa bed (140 cm) and a set of bunk beds. It serves well as a children's play area and can be secured with a safety gate.
Ample storage space (wardrobes in every room) and a large supply of tableware.
Travel cot.
Books and board games.
Sleds and some Christmas decorations.
Ski locker within the residence.
Bed linen and towels not provided. Optional cleaning service available.
Non-smoking apartment.
Central underfloor heating plus electric radiators.
Free underground parking is available opposite the apartment. Once your car is parked, everything is within walking distance.
Electric vehicle charging stations and communal recycling/waste collection points (available at only a few locations in the resort) are also nearby.
Our unit is an adjoining property with no neighbors above or below. It is very quiet.
Unfortunately, due to allergies, we cannot accommodate cats, but small dogs are welcome (for an additional fee).
We also offer a discounted rate for rentals of at least two consecutive weeks.
