Large and cosy chalet ideally located in a quiet environment in Font-Romeu.
Built on 3 levels, it offers 180m2 of living space for a total of 10 rooms including 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
On the ground floor: Apartment of 60 m², 2 bedrooms with double bed, bathroom (Italian shower, 1 washbasin, WC), living room with fully equipped kitchen.
On the first floor: A large living area with a large open kitchen, bar, reading corner, dining room with a large round table for 13 people, a sitting area with HDTV projector, and a pellet stove for those who like the warmth of the fire.
A suite with double bed in 160cm and bathroom (corner bath in 140cm, WC, double washbasin) and an independent WC.
On the second floor: A spacious mezzanine with a reading corner and a single bed, a bedroom (1 double bed), a 20 m² dormitory with 4 bunk beds (2x2), 1 double bed and a baby bed, a beautiful bathroom with shower, WC and double sink.
It benefits from a beautiful exposure, with a view on the Cambre d'Aze and the Sierra del Cadi.

In winter, the Skibus shuttle bus is located about 150m from the chalet, allowing everyone to reach the ski slopes at a time that suits them.
