A wooden chalet, on the same level, very well equipped, 500M from the slopes of the "Cambre d'Aze" site, electric heating, South-South West facing terrace. Clean" dogs accepted.
Possibility to book from Sunday to Sunday after agreement of the owner to avoid being in the "traffic jam" on the roads.
The only charge requested is the cost of electricity consumption: about 50 € per week in winter if consumption is reasonable.
Because of the sanitary problem in our country, linked to the presence of Covid.
The chalet is cleaned, either by the tenant or by a person approved by the owner. Cost of the service: 50 €. In this case the price of a week's rental is 750 € instead of 800 € during school holidays (Christmas and February) or 550 € instead of 600 € for periods outside school holidays.
