The property

Large apartment 82 m2 furnished with balcony, very sunny (western southern exposure) located in a calm residence PLAN DEVIN. Amazing view on the mountain and the valley.3 bedrooms : 1st (4 bunk beds + 1 extra bed), 2nd (1 double bed), 3rd (2 simple beds). large living room with balcony. Kitchen fully furnished (fridge, dishwasher, microwave, oven,toaster,coffe maker, a fondue set, raclette grill, pan, sauce pan, pressure cooker ...). The kitchen and the living room communicate and have their own acces from the corridor and to the bacony. 1 bathroom with bath and a washing machine, 1 with shower, toilet separated.From the balcony you have a view of a garden (cover of snow according to the season) where kids can play.

By car: Take the highway A43 to Albertville, then the road to Moutiers and finaly the RN 90 to Bourg-Saint-Maurice.Then follow the direction Arcs, when arriving at Arcs 1600, at the roundabout take the 2nd exit (heading to Arcs 2000), the residence is located on your left after the bridge .

By train: When arriving to Bourg Saint Maurice by train, take the funicular heading to Arcs 1600, then go to the free shuttle (heading to Arcs 1800) and stop to Plan Devin (1st stop). When you get out of the shuttle take the footbridge to enter the residence plan devin (1).
The residence is located out of the center of the station but remains easy to acces.
To go skiing you have 2 options: if you are a good skier you can take a slope (red) to go down to the funicular (stop at "les granges" and reach the center of the station). If you are a beginner you can either go to the center of the station by foot (running up the stairs)or with the free shuttle (every 20mins-time of commutation: 5mins)
