Paradiski area: access to Les Arcs and La Plagne from Vallandry. Built on a hillside, NON LUXURY chalet, clean, functional, comfortable, conducive to a warm atmosphere, easy to maintain.
1 entrance, 1 "L" shaped dining room with south facing balcony (= 1 very large table + 1 small round table + 1 small sofa), 8 bedrooms (2 with balcony also south facing), 1 small kitchen (large fridge + electric ceramic cooker). Fondue and raclette services + board games available.
2 levels = 80 m2 each + basement (old ping-pong table) = 100 m2 (+ cellar).
Very well heated + permanent hot water (normal conditions of use). For the little ones : 1 bed + a baby bath, 2 pots, 1 toilet reducer, 1 old wooden high chair. Unenclosed garden.
WINTER / Alpine and Nordic skiing, walks, hikes. Possibility of returning to the chalet off-piste depending on snow conditions.
SUMMER / Downhill mountain biking, hiking (Parc de la Vanoise), paragliding, horse riding, via ferrata, etc.
Free shuttle bus stop less than 50 m away (towards the resort or the valley floor).
