The chalet is nestled in the heart of the Loëx plateau, a veritable jewel of nature. Perched at an altitude of 1500m in the middle of the forest, its commanding position offers spectacular views of the Mont Blanc and Aravis ranges. This exceptional location, a rare treasure, immerses you in the splendor of the mountains, calm and total disconnection.

The entire living area on the ground floor is a huge bay window, allowing you to enjoy this unique panorama all day long.

This unique setting guarantees you a stay that combines absolute comfort with unforgettable memories, giving you the impression of being removed from the world.

Nature lovers and sports enthusiasts will find it an ideal playground. You can reach the resorts of Les Gets and Samoëns by car in around 20 minutes, and Morzine a little further on.

Self-sufficient in electricity and supplied with water by a filtered spring, the old wood chalet is an opportunity to live in the heart of nature thanks to the elements.

On the terrace, a small two-person Jacuzzi and a brazier allow you to make the most of the view.

The Chalet, a luxurious 150m2 cocoon features a spacious living area that can easily accommodate 6 or more people.

The cosy, bright living room features a fireplace, a large sofa and is entirely surrounded by bay windows. A TV lets you enjoy a family movie.

The living room, connected to the open kitchen, has a dining area with a large solid wood table that seats 6.

The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, stove, toaster, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, etc.).

Upstairs, you'll find 3 bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: One double bed 160 x 200 + two single beds.
- Bedroom 2 "MASTER": double bed 160 x 200 with en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom 3: Double bed 160 x 200.

Several large bookcases are available for book lovers.

The Chalet has two separate toilets and an additional bathroom.

Outside: Relaxation and wilderness. A south-facing terrace and large dining table overlook a magnificent clearing surrounded by trees. A Jacuzzi, brazier, barbecue, outdoor sofa and two deckchairs are also available.

Come and recharge your batteries in this corner of paradise at the foot of hiking and mountain-biking trails.

The chalet is accessible by conventional car via tarmac road. The property has a large private outdoor parking lot that can easily accommodate 3 cars! You'll have access to the entire Chalet.
