The residence Les Alpages is a complex of 6 buildings ideally located in the heart of the village of Notre Dame de Bellecombe in the Alps, at the foot of the Espace Diamant slopes and just 50 meters from the ski school.
Nestled in the heart of the Espace Diamant, this authentic village resort offers privileged access to 192 km of linked pistes between Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Flumet, Praz-sur-Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies and Hauteluce. Beginners and advanced skiers alike will find an exceptional playground in the heart of an unspoilt alpine environment.
The village center, known as NDB 1150, is the ideal location to take full advantage of the resort, with all shops, entertainment and services within easy reach. You'll love the warm atmosphere, authenticity and typical Savoyard charm of this mountain village.
In summer, the residence offers a private swimming pool and tennis court, perfect for relaxing after a day of hiking or mountain biking. Numerous signposted trails leave from the immediate vicinity, and the Mont Rond chairlift, open three days a week, provides easy access to spectacular views of Mont Blanc.
The surrounding area also offers great excursions, with Megève 15 minutes away, Chamonix 50 min, and Annecy around 1 hour's drive.
The little extra:

This 25.04 m² studio apartment, located on the 6th floor, enjoys an unobstructed view of the village, the swimming pool and Mont Charvin. Its south-facing balcony lets you enjoy the sun all day long. Designed to accommodate up to four people, it offers comfortable and pleasant accommodation.
Situated at the foot of the slopes, the residence offers an ideal location, with the ski school just 50 m away and shops 100 m away.

A bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet
A living area comprising :
A lounge area with 140cm sofa-bed and television
An open-plan kitchen/dining area equipped with fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, mini-oven and ceramic hob.
This room opens onto a balcony equipped with garden furniture, offering a breathtaking view of the village and Mont Charvin.

OUR OPINION: This bright studio boasts an exceptional view. Ideal for a couple or small family, it offers access to the outdoor swimming pool and tennis court reserved for residents during the summer months.
