Lovely lakefront apartment in Aix Les Bains.
Cosy little nest in a secure residence, on the front line facing Lac du Bourget and the "Dent du Chat" mountain.
Located on the ground floor, functional, tastefully decorated, terrace, private outdoor parking space and tennis court.

The residence is surrounded by greenery, making it a real cocoon in the heart of THE PLACE TO BE, namely the Petit Port on "la Rivera des Alpes".
Everything is in the immediate vicinity: marina, lakeside esplanade, entertainment, various events (Musilac-boat show), town-center-lake greenway, restaurants, bike path, mini-golf, aquatic center...
Water, boats, nature and mountains... all the essentials for a great time in Savoie.

The La Féclaz ski resort is 25 km away and Le Revard 20 km.
In winter, before going skiing, come and enjoy a stopover by the water, or stay at Ô "LAGO" and take advantage of the town's bus service to get to the resort!

"Ô LAGO" EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED: bed and kitchen linen, towels, bath mats, courtesy tray and end-of-stay cleaning.

On loan, on request before arrival: BB bed, changing mat, high chair and 2 tennis rackets (with balls).

- Bathroom with shower and washing machine
- A terrace bathed in light, not overlooked, with a relaxing lounge
- Wifi and Ôrange TV :)

- Dog, provided it is calm, non-barker and non-aggressive (only one accepted).
- Cancellation insurance

Cats are not accepted as the apartment is on the ground floor.

Length of rental according to period: short stays (3 nights minimum), weekly stays, weekends from Friday to Sunday (late departure:), curists' stays.

SPECIAL OFFER (excluding Musilac and public holidays) : -10% for two consecutive weeks, -15% for 3 consecutive weeks and -20% for 4 consecutive weeks.

Payment by bank transfer or credit card on secure site (coming soon).
Deposit via secure form (no debit or blocking of funds on cards).

On completion of the complete renovation, the apartment will be classified as a 3 *** meublé de tourisme and declared to the Aix Les Bains town hall.
