Top of the 90 m² chalet in a quiet environment with a breathtaking view of Lac de Matemale and the mountain range, facing south-east, it offers a bright, comfortable living room with sofa, armchairs, TV and fireplace insert, a fully-equipped kitchen including four-burner induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, hood, oven, microwave and washing machine.
On the same level you'll find
- A bedroom with 160 cm bed, closet and en-suite shower room with basin.
- An independent bathroom and separate WC.
Upstairs, the mezzanine includes a BZ-type sofa bed and leads to two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and storage space, the other with two 80 cm twin beds that can be joined to form a 160 cm double bed. Separate WC with washbasin completes this space.
The chalet is about 2 kilometers from the village center and ski lifts, with a free shuttle bus 150 meters away. It has individual electric heating, parquet floors, wifi access and parking directly in front of the chalet.
An independent apartment is located on the first floor of the chalet. The two do not communicate.
