Spacious and bright, the Derborence chalet faces south in a quiet, traffic-free environment. Built on a flat, level plot, you'll enjoy the sun from morning to night, thanks to the garden and its garden furniture, as well as the large picture windows on the first floor.
An independent bedroom with private shower room for those who want a bit of privacy, and upstairs, 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have built-in sinks, and a 'refuge' room for children or the not-so-young. A large shower on the ground floor and a large bathroom on the 1st floor avoid morning and evening traffic jams. The two toilets (1 per level) are independent.
The chalet is ideal for 2 or 3 families with young children, and has 3 snow-free parking spaces.
Modern comfort and tasteful decor. A full range of recent electrical appliances: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, food processor, coffee machine and Nespresso machine, electric kettle and toaster for tasty breakfasts. And, of course, raclette and fondue machines for the evenings!
After skiing, you can cosy up in front of a roaring fire, with a glass of aperitif, a good book or a film, the fireplace radiating a gentle warmth.
In the living room, with its bay windows, you can read in the heart of nature, warm in winter and cosy in summer, or play board games. In the library, you'll find history books, novels, detective stories and documentation on the region, nature and possible activities.
The chalet is located 10 km from Briançon, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
For those who like to diversify their pleasures, all mountain sports, summer and winter, are available close to the chalet. The ski lifts, cross-country ski trails, climbing cliffs and vias ferratas are just 5 minutes away, as are the ski school and tourist office.
Departures from the chalet are possible for ski touring, snowshoeing, hiking or mountain biking.
The resort and tourist office offer a wide range of activities, including fascinating guided tours of the valley.
The rental price includes cleaning, taxes, wood and bed linen (towels and/or tea towels can be hired at an additional cost).
