In the heart of nature, close to a nature reserve, and located on the heights of Passy, facing an imposing landscape of the entire Mont-Blanc, Aravis and Fiz ranges... Also located at the start of numerous hikes in the Fiz range, and close to several ski resorts: Plaine Joux is just 15 minutes away, Saint Gervais and Combloux 25 minutes, Megève 30 minutes and Chamonix 35 minutes... And the beautiful cities of Annecy and Geneva are only 1 hour away...
