Looking for a vacation in the heart of the Aravis Mountains? Come stay in our comfortable 38 m² vacation rental, perfect for 2 to 4 people, located just 5 km from the resorts of La Clusaz and Le Grand-Bornand, 25 km from Annecy, and 800 meters from a supermarket.

For over 45 years, our family has been welcoming vacationers with the same enthusiasm and care. Monique warmly welcomes you to this single-story, self-contained cottage, which is part of the family home’s garden-level living space.
Rated 3 épis by Gîtes de France and certified as a “Meublé de Tourisme,” this cozy retreat combines the charm of wood, modern comforts, and a pleasant sunny terrace so you can fully enjoy your vacation, summer or winter.

A comfortable and fully equipped interior
The cottage features a pleasant, bright living area comprising: a cozy dining area, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed that sleeps two (90 × 200 cm), a TV, a DVD player, a CD/radio stereo system, and free Wi-Fi.
The open kitchen is fully equipped for cooking just like at home: oven, microwave, dishwasher, drip coffee maker and espresso machine, kettle, toaster, raclette and fondue sets.
Sleeping arrangements
You’ll enjoy a separate bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm).
The bathroom includes: a bathtub, a towel warmer, a wall-mounted hair dryer, and a space heater. The cottage also features a washing machine, a clothes drying rack, an ironing board and iron, a vacuum cleaner, and a separate toilet.
A large terrace to enjoy the mountains

One of the cottage’s greatest assets is its spacious, private, southeast-facing wooden terrace, which serves as a true living space on sunny days.
t is equipped with: patio furniture, an electric awning, lounge chairs, and a Weber grill.
The shared garden will delight young and old alike with: a swing, a sandbox, a ping-pong table, and green spaces.
A ski locker is available for your use, as well as a private parking space for one vehicle.
Baby gear (crib, high chair, etc.) is available free of charge upon request.
For large families or groups of friends, this cottage can be rented together with our second cottage, located in the same house, allowing us to accommodate up to 10 people.
