Located in Courbaton Village, in the forest near Arc 1600, l'Eterlou offers a magnificent, self-contained vacation chalet for 13 people.
Courbaton is a 15-minute walk from the center of Arc 1600, with its many stores, bars and restaurants. There are many hiking trails around the chalet. The chalet has 2 parking spaces, and further parking is available in the village just a few minutes' walk away.

The house is in a ski in / ski out location. In the morning, you can use our free shuttle service or ski to Les Granges to take the funicular up to Arc1600. In the afternoon, you can ski back to the village.

Beautiful open-plan kitchen/living/dining room with fantastic mountain views. Open log fire and large balcony. Additional toilet in the hallway.

The following charges must be paid in cash on arrival:
- mandatory cleaning fee €150
- security deposit in cash or cheque for €500, which you will receive on departure if the apartment is left in good order and undamaged.

* SuperU shopping pick-up (at a cost of €50) SuperU time slots booked by customers without consulting us first are not guaranteed to be picked up.

* discounts at Christina Sport 2000 in Arc1600 for equipment rental
* we can provide contacts for ski/snowboard lessons, transfer companies, meal delivery and nanny services.

PETS:
This property only accepts pets after our approval. Please contact us before booking. We accept 1 pet per booking. One small dog max 25 kg. Must be house trained, cannot be alone in apartment at any time, cannot be in bedrooms and/or on furniture. Cannot have separation anxiety or bark as this could disturb other families in the building. Thank you for your understanding.

SHOPS:
It is advisable to do your shopping in Bourg Saint Maurice before heading up the mountain (Intermarché or SuperU). There is a Sherpa supermarket at Arc1600 and Arc1800 (only open in high season winter and summer, not autumn and spring), but they have a small selection and are very expensive.
