Elegant and practical for skiing, the apartment-chalet L'Arpette is ready to welcome groups of up to 8 people.
On foot, Courbaton is just 15 minutes from the center of Arc 1600, with its many stores, bars and restaurants. There are many hiking trails around the chalet. The chalet has its own parking space, and further parking is available in the village just a few minutes' walk away.

The house is in a ski in / ski out location. In the morning, you can use our free shuttle service or ski to Les Granges to take the funicular up to Arc1600. In the afternoon, you can ski back to the village.

This chalet apartment offers 4 en-suite bedrooms. A gas fire and views of the Grand Roignais mountains across the valley.
There's a fully equipped kitchen with fondue and raclette appliances and a Nespresso machine. Free WiFi throughout the chalet and Chromecast on the TV in the living room.
There are plenty of car-free play areas in and around Courbaton and plenty for children to explore.

The following charges must be paid in cash on arrival:
- mandatory cleaning fee €150
- security deposit in cash or cheque for €500, which you will receive on departure if the apartment is left in good order and undamaged.

NOTE: There is wifi, but we are in the mountains, so please be aware of this. Especially in bad weather or when lots of people are trying to broadcast at the same time, it tends to slow down.

SHOPS:
It's advisable to do your shopping in Bourg Saint Maurice before heading up the mountain (Intermarché or SuperU). There is a Sherpa supermarket at Arc1600 and Arc1800 (only open in high season winter and summer, not autumn and spring), but they have a small selection and are very expensive.
