Beautifully renovated, this property is set back on a quiet street and is accessed by 34 steps. The bright living room features a sofa bed and armchair. A perfect space to relax, read or watch TV. A glass door leads to the balcony.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook good food for two. A washing machine and a dishwasher will make your stay even more enjoyable. There is also a table to sit at for meals. A chic bathroom is equipped with a shower. The bedroom for two is decorated with an original wallpaper representing a typical mountain landscape.

Le Petit Swansdoors is ideally located, within walking distance of the canals and the historic city center, the lake and the train station. Parking is available nearby. You can reach the Aravis mountains and the resorts of La Clusaz, Grand-Bornand and Croix-Fry in only 45 minutes.
