Quiet, with view, on the 3rd floor with elevator, south/southwest exposure.
The apartment is entirely renovated, with quality materials and a refined decoration.

Living room of 30 m2 very luminous with French doors giving on 2 balconies, without opposite and a very beautiful sight.
Open kitchen fully equipped : induction cooker, multifunction oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer compartment, raclette/pierrage machine for 8, toaster, filter coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker (capsules not provided), kettle.
Dining room: table 90*160 with an extension and 6 chairs.
Living room with a corner sofa, a reading chair and a large pouffe. Coffee table. Samsung television 125 cm and Bose sound bar.
