Located in Courbaton Village, in the forest near Arc 1600, Le Grand Saint Bernard offers a beautiful self-catering chalet apartment for 8 people.
Courbaton is a 15 minute walk from the center of Arc 1600, with many stores, bars and restaurants. Around the chalet there are many hiking trails. The chalet has a parking space and there is another parking space in the village within walking distance.

The house is in an entrance / exit ski area. In the morning you can use our free shuttle service or you can ski to Les Granges to take the funicular to Arc1600. In the afternoon you can ski back to the village.

Beautiful open kitchen / living / dining room with a fantastic view on the mountains. Open fire place and a large balcony. Additional toilet in the hallway.

A spacious chalet-apartment for 8 persons.
Rooms 1 and 2: 2 double beds + bathroom (bath)
Rooms 3 and 4: 2 x 2 single beds + bathroom (bathtub)

The following costs must be paid in cash on arrival:
- compulsory cleaning fee 175 €.
- security deposit in cash or check of 500 € which you will receive upon departure if the apartment is left in good order and without any damage.

Optional services offered:
* bed linen/towels (for an extra charge of 15 €)
* firewood for your stay (at a rate of 50€ for your stay)
* grocery pickup from SuperU (for a fee of 50€) SuperU time slots booked by guests without consulting us first are not guaranteed to be picked up.
* free morning shuttle (free)
* we create ski passes on site (resort prices) - this service is free
* discount at Christina Sport 2000 in Arc1600 for equipment rental
* we can provide contacts for ski/snowboard lessons, transfer companies, meal delivery service and nanny services

NOTE: There is wifi, but we are in the mountains, so please be aware of this. Especially in bad weather or when a lot of people are trying to stream at the same time, it tends to slow down.

RACES:
It is advisable to do your shopping in Bourg Saint Maurice before heading up the mountain (Intermarché or SuperU). There is a Sherpa supermarket in Arc1600 and Arc1800 (only open in high season winter and summer, not in fall and spring), but they have a small selection and are very expensive.
