Brand new, built in the traditional Estonian style, the chalet offers a high level of comfort and services.
On the ground floor, a large ski room of 15m2 will allow you to prepare yourself without jostling for your ski outings. A laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) and a toilet are at your disposal.
The staircase leads upstairs, where a large living room with fireplace, offers an extraordinary view of the forest and the mountain through large bay windows where you can access a very large terrace.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, raclette and fondue appliances, etc...
A bedroom with a double bed (160), has its own bathroom bath with walk-in shower. separate wc on the landing.
This floor is heated, as well as the ground floor, by underfloor heating (heat pump).
Another staircase leads to the 2nd floor, with 4 bedrooms served by a corridor.
The 30m2 master suite includes a balcony, a room with shower and private toilet, a 160 double bed, and cupboards. A 2nd bedroom, with a 160 double bed, also has its own bathroom with shower.
