"Chez La Fine", a farmhouse renovated in the Haut Savoyard tradition with local and quality materials. An authentic wink for a perfect stay!
320m² where your friends and family will find all the necessary comfort: rooms in suites and family, arranged to preserve the intimacy of each one. You will enjoy the return of skiing around the wood stove and the bar fitted out in the old cowshed as well as the relaxation area: sauna, table soccer. This spacious chalet is close to the Sherpa store, and the ski slopes of Les Perrières with a shuttle bus stop nearby to get to the center of the village. Ideal capacity 14 persons, maximum 15 persons.

A personalized welcome is provided on site by the owners.

1 dining room that can accommodate 20 people.
Room n°1 : 1 double bed 180 x 200cm (can be separated in two single beds of 90cm), television, storage space. Bedroom en suite with shower room, washbasin, towel dryer and toilet, access to terrace facing South East.
Room n°2 : 1 double bed 160 x 200cm, television, storage space. Bedroom en suite with shower, washbasin, towel dryer and independent toilet.
1st floor :
Family room n°3 : 1 double bed of 180cm x 200 cm (can be separated in 2 single beds of 90cm), television, storage space. Bedroom en suite with shower, sink, towel dryer and toilet, an independent night space with 2 single beds.
Room n°4 : 1 double bed 160x200cm, television, storage. Bedroom en suite with shower, sink, towel dryer, toilet. Possibility of a single bed on the mezzanine (access by a custom-made ladder, forbidden to children under 12 years old)
Family room n°5 : 1 double bed of 180cm x 200cm (can be separated in 2 single beds of 90cm), television, storage. En suite room with shower, sink, towel dryer and toilet, an independent sleeping area with 2 single beds.
A sports/relaxation area with sauna, shower, TV, armchairs, table soccer.

EQUIPMENT : Independent heating by geothermal energy, wood at disposal, wifi in the whole chalet, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, welcome products in the bathrooms, 2 baby beds, a high chair, a baby bathtub.
