Hauteclaire overlooks the lake and the hamlet, facing the Massif des Bauges.
It welcomes you for stays on the lake and in the mountains with a refined comfort. It is accessed by a small sloping path from which you immediately discover the panoramic view, in the calm of the hillside, in the middle of a large garden backing onto the forest.

A landscape, constantly moving, accessible from every opening of the villa.
The show is present on the balcony, the terrace and in the garden. At Hauteclaire, it is first and foremost to the view that one gives up time. In every season, the light takes our gaze from one side of the lake to the other, and the vibrations of the air blur the contours of the lake and the mountains.

By mirror effect, the landscape invites itself to Hauteclaire whose sobriety and softness of tones contrast only with the black underlining of the openings. Graphics, colors and materials create a feeling of serenity.

A structure that is both friendly and restful

Hauteclaire organizes communal life in the living rooms at the heart of the house, while the comfort of the bedrooms ensures perfect tranquility for everyone, whether on the garden level or upstairs.

Access to the villa

We are in a mountain region with rare geographical attractions.

Hauteclaire is located slightly above the hamlet and the classified chapel of Ramponnet. Its access is by a small path which splits after 50m.

The path on the left leads to a parking space at the bottom of the garden, the path on the right, very steep, leads directly in front of the entrance to the house to several parking spaces.

It is also possible to park the vehicles at the small chapel below the house.

On arrival, we provide a full luggage service * to all our guests who find the path too steep for their vehicle.

*Except in the rare case of heavy snow or ice. In this case, all efforts are made at arrival and departure to clear snow from pedestrian access. However, vehicles must remain parked near the chapel, as soon as a weather alert indicates snow or ice.

The village of Menthon Saint Bernard, located between the two other villages on the eastern shore of the lake, is particularly well preserved. Its very controlled management allows the visitor to appreciate its authenticity, its heritage and its equipment. The heart of the village has kept all its old charm. Through the combe dominated by the castle of Menthon, there is a junction between the lake and the mountain. The village oscillates permanently between these two atmospheres, the animation being continuous throughout the year.

The "Venice of the Alps", as the old Annecy is called, is an active and lively center with typical Savoyard architecture located one hour from Geneva.

The region enjoys an international reputation. It is an alpine territory, located between the Massif des Bauges, the Semnoz, and the city of Annecy on the west side, and the Aravis massif and the Val d'Arly on the east side, with the Mont Blanc in the background. The lake-mountain-forest triptych offers exceptional panoramas. It is popular with walkers, nature lovers, connoisseurs of fauna and flora, and high-level sports enthusiasts. This region concentrates in a radius of 50 km a cocktail of natural elements, usually the prerogative of very large spaces located on other continents. This curiosity, confers a notoriety to him near a national and international customers.
