REAL SAVOYARD CHALET AT 2 STEPS FROM THE SLOPES
SITUATION :
The Rosophée chalet is ideally located in Le Corbier, 3 minutes walk from the resort and the ski lifts. It is an authentic mountain chalet, all in stone and wood, full of charm.
First slopes at 300m, shopping mall at 400 m. ESF at 600 m.
EQUIPMENT :
Magnificent wooden chalet of 150 m², for 10 persons, with fireplace, located in the Orgières housing estate, on the top of the resort at 300m from the first slopes. (Photos in progress)
Warm and comfortable, the Chalet Rosophée is arranged on three levels and has a sauna to enhance your moments of relaxation after skiing.
On the first floor : A large entrance hall to deposit your ski stuff, a laundry room with washing machine and a large family suite with 1 double bed in 150 and 2 bunk beds, mini kitchen integrated in a china cabinet, shower room with WC and a sauna.
On the first floor: The main room is the heart of the chalet with its beautiful functional Savoyard fireplace, it is the living and dining area where everything happens by the fire. There is also a well-equipped kitchen with Godin cooking piano, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, raclette and fondue machine..., a bathroom, toilets, dressing room, bedroom with double bed in 150, and large balconies and terraces.
On the 2nd floor : A large mezzanine completes the living room with its resting area, TV lounge, games, cabin bed in 140 and library as well as two bedrooms, one with a double bed in 150, the other with 2 separate beds in 90 that can be joined together, a balcony.
