RESIDENCE AT THE FOOT OF THE SLOPES AND CABLE CAR
SITUATION :
Residence very well located, in the center of the resort, in front of the chairlift "Sybelle Express".
Shopping mall at the foot of the residence. ESF at 20 m.
Ski departure at the foot.
EQUIPMENT :
Caretaker, ski locker, 2 lifts, parking at 50 m.
Studio alcove of 31m², for 5 people, located in Baïkonour Residence, on the 1st floor, south facing balcony, view of the slopes.
Beautiful Studio with alcove, bright, ideally located in the center of the resort, facing the chairlift Sybelles Express.
It is composed of an entrance with storage, and separate toilets, a living room equipped with a sofa bed in 160, a flat screen TV, a table for 4 guests and has an access to a large balcony which will offer you an unobstructed view on the slopes.
The kitchen area is fully equipped with a mini microwave oven, dishwasher, electric hob, top fridge + a large fridge with freezer, filter and Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, raclette and fondue machine, washing machine.....
The alcove has 2 bunk beds and a pull-out bed and is separated from the living room by a curtain. The shower room has been renovated.
Access to the heated swimming pool offered during your stay of one week (+ of 3 years)
