In the family resort of Valfréjus, 15 minutes from the motorway, in the Maurienne valley, charming and beautiful apartment of 41 m² for 6 people with balcony facing west + individual garage in the Chalet du Thabor in the heart of the resort of Valfréjus, close to other ski resorts La Norma, Aussois, Val Cenis, Orelle, Val Thorens, ...

DESCRIPTION :
- Cosy kitchen open on dining area and living room.
- Bathroom with bathtub and washbasin.
- Shower room with washbasin.
- Separate toilet.
- Private heated ski locker with boot storage.
BEDS :
- Bedroom with double bed 140x190.
- Cabin with bunk beds for 2 people.
- Living room with sofa bed (convertible into 2 single beds that can be side by side).
EQUIPMENT:
- Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave with grill, fridge with freezer, hotplates, filter hood, coffee maker, Senseo, toaster, kettle...
- Towel dryer with blower in the bathroom.
- Television set
- Radio/CD/USB/Bluetooth
- A large cupboard in the entrance.
- A cupboard in the large bedroom
- Various pieces of furniture with drawers for storage.
- Individual closed garage under the residence.

The residence "Chalet du Thabor" is located on the edge of the slope of the return station, close to the snow front, 70 m from the Arrondaz cable car.
Departure and return on skis.
In the heart of the resort but quiet, with access to shops and restaurants at 70m.
The situation of our apartment on the 1st floor with lift gives it a panoramic view on the Mont Thabor and the Vanoise summits.
Very well located, you ski down to the gondolas at 70m and close to ski schools, shops and restaurants.
Valfréjus is a family resort 4h30 from Paris by TGV, with good snow conditions from the beginning of the season. It offers the possibility of speed riding and off-piste skiing.
There is a weekly entertainment programme to suit all ages.
A common pass with the other resorts of the valley exists with free shuttles.
It is also possible to access the three valleys area with the Orelle gondola (30 minutes) or to go to Italy by the Fréjus tunnel located near the resort.

REMARKS :
- Non-smoking apartment and animals not allowed.
- Optional WiFi (80% of the resort covered by network antennas) : 20€.
- Final cleaning not included.
- Bed linen and towels not included, can be provided if booked at least 8 days before arrival: paying.
- The tourist tax will be calculated according to the rates applicable in Haute-Maurienne. It will be deducted from the deposit.
- 30% discount possible on ski equipment rented in the resort.
- A certificate of holiday/family insurance is to be provided with your balance.
