This duplex is located on the 3rd and last floor of a small southwest-facing residence, Le Chamois, which is located in the sunniest and quietest corner of the Valfréjus resort. We have provided him with all the necessary comfort and equipment. The kitchen was completely renovated at the end of 2022. There is even a washing machine which is very practical for stays of more than a week.
The first level has an entrance with storage cupboard, a bathroom - WC, a fully equipped kitchen and a main room with a French window opening onto the balcony.
On the second level, we find the two attic bedrooms, each lit by a skylight (new in 2022) and one of them by a window opening to the southwest side. The parents' bedroom is equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and a large wardrobe. The children's bedroom contains three 90 x 190 beds that can be stacked to save space.
The apartment was renovated at the end of 2022: new kitchen with induction hob, hood, built-in oven, built-in microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. Upstairs, change of the 2 skylights, new 160 bed, floating floor, painting.
