A big fully equipped chalet apartment, 220 m2, with all modern conveniences, 5 bedrooms and mezzanines, a living/dining room with a surrounding balcony which offer unobstructed alpine views.

Ground floor
An entrance room with a corridor leading to four bedrooms, 1 shower room with shower washbasin, washing and drying machine), 1 shower room with washbasin, 1 bathroom with washbasin and 2 separate toilets.

Room 1: 1 double bed / 1 single bed
Room 2 : 2 single beds
Room 3 : 2 single beds
Room 4: 2 bunkbeds / 1 single bed
Room 5 : 4 single beds

At the end of this corridor, a large main room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a dining area (2 wooden tables) and a living room round an open log fire. The perfect setting for a relaxed evening with family and friends after a day on the mountains.

Upstairs
A mezzanine in the attic:
1 living room with a sofa and a folding sofa
TV, DVD, HI-FI

The house is in a ski in/out location. In the morning you can use our free shuttle bus service or you ski down to Les Granges to take the funicular up to Arc1600. In the afternoon you can ski to the door from Arc1600.

There is plenty of car-free playing space in and around Courbaton and plenty for children to explore.

The following charges must be paid in cash on arrival:
- mandatory cleaning fee 200 €
- security deposit in cash or cheque of €500 which you will receive on departure if the apartment is left in good order and without any damage.

Optional services offered:
* linen/towel pack (at a fee of 15€ pp)
* firewood for your stay (at a fee 50€ for your stay)
* grocery pick up from SuperU (at a fee of 50€) SuperU time slots booked by guests without consulting us first are not guaranteed to be picked up.
* free morning ski shuttle bus (free)
* we create ski passes on site (resort prices) - this service is free
* discount at Christina Sport 2000 in Arc1600 for material hire
* we can provide contacts for ski/snowboard lessons, transfer companies, food delivery and nanny services

NOTE: There is wifi, but we are in the mountains, so please be aware of this. Especially in bad weather or when a lot of people try to broadcast at the same time, it tends to slow down.

SHOPPING:
It is advisable to do your shopping in Bourg Saint Maurice before going up the mountain (Intermarché or SuperU). There is a Sherpa supermarket in Arc1600 and Arc1800 (only open in high winter and summer season, not in autumn and spring), but they have a small choice and are very expensive.
