Petit Saint Bernard has 5 twin bedrooms which can be converted to a double.
There are 5 bathrooms and 3 toilets.

In the main living area you have a big wooden dining table that seats 10 people. The open plan kitchen (with raclette and fondue sets as well as a Nespresso machine) that is fully equipped with a lot of light and separated from the living room with an open bar. The living area offers comfortable sofas with a log fire. Perfect for cozy relaxed winter evenings with friends and family. You also have a TV + chromecast and spectacular views on all sides to appreciate the last lights of the Alpine sunsets.

For your pleasure and well-being, the Finnish sauna (for 4-6 people) will eliminate your toxins and relax your muscles after a day up on the mountains.

And as every detail has been well thought out, you can leave your ski boots in a wardrobe suitable and drying.

The house is in a ski in/out location. In the morning you can use our free shuttle bus service or you ski down to Les Granges to take the funicular up to Arc1600. In the afternoon you can ski to the door from Arc1600.
There is plenty of car-free playing space in and around Courbaton and plenty for children to explore.

The following charges must be paid in cash on arrival:
- mandatory cleaning fee 150 €
- security deposit in cash or cheque of €500 which you will receive on departure if the apartment is left in good order and without any damage.

* we can provide contacts for ski/snowboard lessons, transfer companies, food delivery and nanny services

NOTE: There is wifi, but we are in the mountains, so please be aware of this. Especially in bad weather or when a lot of people try to broadcast at the same time, it tends to slow down.

SHOPPING:
It is advisable to do your shopping in Bourg Saint Maurice before going up the mountain (Intermarché or SuperU). There is a Sherpa supermarket in Arc1600 and Arc1800 (only open in high winter and summer season, not in autumn and spring), but they have a small choice and are very expensive.
