Chalet of 83 m2 in the residence les hauts de la Lauzière in the resort of La Joue Du Loup.
Ideally located at 280 m from the ski lifts and the center of the resort, this little corner of paradise will welcome you with your family and/or friends up to 8 adults to have each one its intimacy or 12 with children.
Come and enjoy the joys of winter sports and relax in the PRIVATE swimming pool and sauna of the residence to recover from the 100 km of slopes of Dévoluy.
In the summer, the numerous activities offered by the mountain will be accessible to you: immediate departure for hiking trails around the Pic de Bure, departure of via ferrata and accrobranche, tennis and municipal swimming pool at 100m from the chalet, mountain biking, downhill biking, fishing ....
The chalet has 4 bedrooms:
- on the ground floor 2 bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed the other 2 single beds.
- on the first floor, 2 other rooms with a dormitory which includes a bunk bed and a sofa bed which can be transformed into a double bed,
Opposite, a large room with a 160 cm bed and a convertible pull-out bed.
A shower room on the first floor with washing machine and toilet, and a bathroom on the ground floor will offer you the space and comfort necessary for a pleasant holiday.
In the kitchen, you will find a warm wooden table for 10 to 12 people, an induction hob with hood, a fridge, a traditional oven, a microwave, a nespresso and filter coffee machine and household appliances.
The living area will allow you to gather around the fireplace for unforgettable evenings.
The chalet is equipped with WiFi.
All televisions have access to Netflix.
2 closed ski cupboards are at your disposal outside the chalet and a heated ventilated cupboard for boots inside.
A 12 m2 terrace with tables, deckchairs and parasol will allow meals and aperitifs in the sun.
For the more tired, go and relax at the O'dycéa cheek baths, in summer and winter.
Children's books and board games are available.
