At an altitude of 1850 m, in the heart of nature, independent chalet on 6000 m² of land, ideally located on the rise of the Col du Granon (legendary pass of the Tour de France), overlooking the ski resort and the Serre-Chevalier valley, full South, splendid dominant clear view. Absolute calm. Natura 2000 zone. Passage Tour of France bike July 2022. Direct access GR57.

- 4 kms from Villard-Laté
- 8 kms from the top of Col du Granon
- 5 kms from Serre-Chevalier 1500 resort
- 8 km from the center of Briançon, citadel of Vauban, listed as a Unesco world heritage site.
- Close to the legendary passes, Izoard, Galibier, Lautaret, Serre Chevalier resort, Montgenèvre ...

Kitchen: Fridge and freezer, dishwasher, hotplates, oven, small oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, keetle.
Vacuum cleaner, iron, washing machine. Chair, bed and bathtub for baby.
Outside: Bbq, table, chairs, deck chairs, children's games, “bachat” (drinking fountain), petanque.

Linen, bed and towels are provided.
Final cleaning is included.

No smoking in the chalet.

It is an extremely quiet place, in the middle of the mountains, ideal for recharging your batteries. The chalet is simply furnished. The first shops are about 5 kms away. The only sounds would be birds or marmots.

Conditions:
30% deposit upon signing the rental agreement by bank transfer.
Balance 15 days before the start of the rental by transfer bank.
Deposit on arrival: € 1000 by cash, or transfer bank before coming.
Payments accepted: Euros, transfers bank.
Tourist tax not included.
Resort insurance compulsory.

NET PRICES: electricity, water included.
ADDITIONAL: Tourist tax per day and per person - Free for children up to 18 years old. To be paid separately by check or cash.
The deposit of 1000 € will be returned within 15 days per post, following the departure of the tenants, minus the cost of repairing the premises if necessary and if damage was observed.
