Ski slopes 100m away.

Housing
Well-equipped studio in the Miravidi residence, in the center of ARC 1800 in the Charvet district.
It is a studio originally intended for 4 people, but it has 6 beds.
The main room includes a table, a sofa bed (for 2 people) and 2 bunk beds (*). This room opens onto the large bay window, facing South West and therefore very bright, and onto the balcony.
There is an alcove that can be closed with a curtain in which there are 2 additional bunk beds (*).
The kitchen is in the hallway. Kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, raclette machine, fondue machine.
The bathroom has a sink and a bathtub.
(*) Sleeping in bunk beds is not suitable for children under 6 years old

Other remarks
The proposed price includes:
- Household chores. It will nevertheless be necessary to leave the studio in a correct state, dishes done and put away, out of respect for the providers.
The price does not include:
- Bed linen. You can bring your own sheets or rent them (prices from 20 to 90 € depending on the number of beds). To be reserved one week before the stay with your host.
- Towels (toilet, gloves). It can be hired from the concierge, and it is best to contact me first.
